When you go to have it sold, you should get it appraised by a Real Estate Appraiser. This will give you a real figure to work with. The morons who work for the local government have no idea how to appraise property and most of the time they just assign arbitrary numbers.

I’ll have to cut back on the cheese and only use salt substitute, but I would love to try this dish. It sounds wonderfully like a supreme comfort food. I’d use your fancy pants version because although cream of mushroom soup is a great base, the hubs and I can’t handle the truth – er, salt.
Mexico is a wreck and they are turning America into a wreck. Our Grandparents built a safe society where we could get a good education and they snuck in and are destroying it. Hopefully, in our lifetime, a politician will stand up and take our Country back. They can't even keep a successful govern met in their smelly country. We should send anyone that doesn't speak English back to their country.
